The Naval Research Laboratory intends to procure maintenance services to support their Chesapeake Bay Detachment, located in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland. The work includes, but is not limited to: 1.) Providing facilities maintenance; 2.) Water, Sewer and Heat Distribution System Maintenance; 3.) General Support Services; 4.) Heating Plant Operations New Emergency Backup Generator System; 5.) Air Conditioning/Heating/Ventilation Maintenance; 6.) Transportation Equipment; 7.) Pest Control Services; and 8.) Oil Spills/Hazardous Waste Clean-up Services. Period of performance is for one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year options. Prior to contract award, the contractor must have a Secret facility clearance and personnel available with DoD granted personnel security clearances commensurate with level of access required for performance of the contract.
