This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR 13 with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FISC Norfolk/NNSY Annex intends to make a firm fixed price award for the following: Item 0001,Glass bead blast booth, Pulsar VI suction system with work chamber of 50"w x 39"d x 43" h, w/two gallon tumble basket & air powered turntable, 1,000 lb capacity & HEPA filter, filter cartridge is automatically cleaned each time the pedal is operated, pull-through exhaust fan, door safety interlocks interrupt blasting if either door is opened, outside mounted light, Pulsar P/N 20190 OR EQUAL; qty: 1 ea; Item 0002, Pulsar VI-PAluminum Oxide pressure system with work chamber 50"w x 39"d x 43"h w/two gallon tumble basket, aluminum oxide kit, air powered turntable, 1 cubic ft blast machine w/automatic refill from reclaimer, blast machine holds enough aluminum oxide to blast up to 30 minutes before releasing pedal, dust collector cartridge is pulse cleaned each time the pedal is pressed or released, Pulsar P/N 21639 OR EQUAL; Item 0003, Plastic media blast booth, Aerolyte pressure cabinet system with work chamber 50"w x39"d x 43"h with RPC filter, media chamber to have 60 deg. conical bottom and pressure relief valve, cabinet shall have easily accessible fluorescent lighting, moisture separator, pressure regulator & blow-off gun, media reclaimer shall have impeller design & removable debris screen, Aerolyte P/N 19985 OR EQUAL; Item 0004, Industrial Paint Spray Booth; working dimensions: 12' w x 8'h x 20' working depth; booth shall include: (1) ea 30" tube axial in-line exhaust fan (12,000 CFM); (1) ea 3 HP tri-voltage 208/230/460 volts, 3 phase, 60 HZ TEFC high efficiency motor with variable pitch drive sheave, (4) ea 48", 4-tube inside access fluorescent fixtures; (1) ea filtered swing type product entry door (12' wide x 8' high); (1) ea industrial style exhaust filter chamber; (1) ea man-access door with panic lanch with 18" x 24" window; (1) ea 1/2", 3-way solenoid valve to prevent spraying in booth when fans are off or light access door is opened; (1) ea Dwyer Mark II manomemter; (1) set intake filters; (1) set 20" x 20" x 2" exhaust filter; (1) set grids; (1) group 30" dia exhaust ductwork for 40" high pitched roof; (1) ea pre-wired electrical control panel; (1) group assembly hardware; (1) set exploded view installation drawings for assembly.
