This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The item you are offering must meet or exceed the following salient characteristics: To be used for detection of radioisotopes, single and multi-color fluorescence via direct laser excitation and chemiluminescence using phosphor screen technology. Must be compatible with a personal computer (Windows 98 platform). Must use phosphor screen technology. Must have a scanning format 35 x 43 cm. Must include PC software for data analysis.
