The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type purchase Order for Kodak Digital Cameras with Accessories, which includes the following: Ten (10) each Kodak 520 Digital Cameras, Kodak digital camera battery (Three (3) per Camera), Lexar 160MG Type II PC Card (Three (3) per Camera), Ten (10) Cannon EF 100-400MM f/4.5-5.0 IS Lens, and ten (10)Pelican 1600 Hard-shell Case black W/Foam. This order will be in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items" (CLINGER -- COHEN). The Delivery Date will be determined at a later date. The Standard Industrial Code is 5946, Camera and Photographic Supply Stores. The Solicitation is Full and Open with a 10% evaluation preference for Hubzone. All responsible sources must submit past performance and pricing data to the Fleet Industrial Supply Center by 4:30 pm on th edate that offers are due. Offerors shall describe their past performance on similar contracts held within the past three (3) years, which are of similar scope, magnitude, and complexity to that required by this solicitation, or affirmatively state that they possess no relevant, directly related, or similar past performance. Offerors who have held similar contracts shall provide a detailed explanation demonstrating the relevance of the contract to the requirements of this RFP and shall provide the following information: Contract Number(s); name and telephone number of Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), or point of contact at the activity for which the contract was performed; Dollar value of the contract; Detailed description of the work performed; Number of subcontractors used, if any, and a description of the extent of work performed by them.
