The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for annual renewal of Technical & Version Upgrade Support for Landmark_s System Smart Services, Performance Works and Smart Agent Products. This support is to be provided to United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), J6341, Offutt AFB, NE. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
