PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F65501-00 QZ031 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated document provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This acquisition has been 100% set aside for small businesses. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this Solicitation is 2531. PROJECT: Line item 0001: Bleachers, moveable, 2-16_ and 4-17_ sections, 7 rows, 10_ rise, 24_ spacing front to front, portable with self contained air lift system, manual operation, 10_ plastic seat modules, 12 removable center handrails, 6-48_ footrest aisles, end rails not removable, intermediate steps with hinged front steps, rear rails 42_ high. Line item 0002: Installation and shipping to Elmendorf AFB. Delivery shall be made NLT 90 calendar days from receipt of order. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated and shall remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR Part 52.212-1; Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items is incorporated by reference. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to the solicitation. Award will be made based on low-price/technically acceptable offeror. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote received without discussions.
