Inspection, testing, painting, assessment and repair of Grounding Systems at Campbell Army Airfield and Sabre Heliport, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Requirement contract for twelve (12) month base period with four (4) twelve month option periods. Contractor or his Inspector/Supervisor must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in inspection and testing, painting, assessment and repair of Grounding System. Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials, equipment for inspection and testing, painting, and assessment and repair of Grounding System (Mooring Devices). A time schedule detailing building and the date of inspection shall be submitted prior to start of service contract. Contractor shall inspect conditions of all expansion joints, filler stripes and shall paint taxi line, mooring devices, space lines, letters, etc., as required. Contractor shall report recommended repairs and anticipated labor hours for completion. And unscheduled repairs are required for preventive maintenance and ground testing, upon Contracting Officer's approval. Project range for this project is $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business Size, SIC 7699 for this solicitation the average annual receipt of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not have exceeded $5 million.
