The level of repair shall include unlimited service calls, one annual preventive maintenance call and repair and/or replacement of all parts and/or components as needed. The level of coverage shall include all hardware, software, peripheral equipment and accessories (including all personal computers, printers, and monitors). Period of performance is 12 months. With 4 options to extend for additional 12 month periods. FOB: Destination. The equipment is located at various sites.
