The AFMLO/VA Special Services Division requires Pharmacy Support Services required for Government Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) throughout the United States and Overseas on an as needed basis. Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, and reports necessary to provide Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians required by each MTF, except as noted on each task/delivery order placed against the contract. Contractor care shall cover the range of services required by each task/delivery order placed against a resulting contract. At a minimum, performance shall be in accordance with the commercial performance work statement, and professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization.. Delivery: FOB Destination 30 days ARO desired. The contract is intended to be issued as an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity for the services, multiple award, 50% set-aside for small business and with four options that may be used on a non-mandatory basis by Government activities.
