The Broadcasting Board of Governors, International Broadcasting Bureau, intends to award a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) commercial service contract to provide follow-on engineering and technical support service for the Office of Cuba Broadcasting. The Contractor shall provide engineering support and enhancement modification recommendations to the TV Marti broadcasting system that will facilitate an effective delivery of broadcasts to Havana, Cuba. The Contractor shall provide Project management, technical expertise, logistical support and assistance in the design, fabrication, installation and modification to the ground, airborne facility, and studio units at the TVM facility located at Cudjoe Key Airforce Station (CKAFS) in Florida. The Contractor shall also analyze and propose recommendations to software and hardware such as that used to control sensors and alarms that are peculiar to the TVM system. The term for this proposed contract is for a one-year base period with four (4) subsequent one-year renewal options. Quantity: Various (as specified on each task order), Delivery Terms: F.O.B.
