Y -- TWO PHASE DESIGN/BUILD WORK, FORT WORTH, TEXAS AREA THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS SEEKING INTEREST FOR DESIGN/BUILD CONTRACTORS IN DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TEXAS AREA FOR WORK IN THE FORT WORTH AREA. This work will be awarded as a Design/Build indefinite quantity contract with competitive task orders among three (3) offerors being considered for approximately five (5) task order projects in the range of $500,000 to $3,500,000. The work for these projects will be Construction, Alterations, Renovations, and Demolition at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NFEC) Field Office, Fort Worth, TX, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division Field Office Area of Responsibility. Contractors must be registered in the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR). If you have previous Design/Build experience and interested in proposing on these projects, please provide past performance and technical qualification information and identify your firm as Large Business; Small Business; Small Disadvantaged Business; 8(a) or certified HUBZONE firm.
