The period of performance of the base year of the contract is 10/01/2000 through 09/30/2001. The contract will be for a base year and two option years of service. The contractor will be responsible for providing all supplies, equipment, supervision and services needed to satisfactorily perform janitorial services in accordance with a statement of work, Government Terms and Conditions and U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination for the Miami area.
