The Program Support Center, Administrative Operations Service intends to solicit offers to provide pest control services for the Parklawn Building. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the monitoring, trapping, pesticide application, and pest removal components of the Integrated Pest Management program. The Contractor shall also provide detailed, site-specific recommendations for structural and procedural modifications to aid in pest prevention. This acquisition shall be a Performance Based Commercial Service under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance shall be one year with 4 one-year options. Request for the solicitation must be in writing. A pre-proposal conference/walk through will be scheduled for 2 weeks after release of the solicitation (approximately the first week of September).
