Approximate time will be calendar year 2001 with four additional one year option periods. The not-to-exceed amount of this contract is $2,760,000.00. The work consists essentially of mowing, cleaning and selected maintenance services in public use areas of the project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following facors: (A) Experience and Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Cost. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation has has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered.
