The contractor will be required to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, personnel, supervision, transportation and any other items or services necessary to perform lease and maintenance of washers and dryers at PAFB. Equipment for lease/maintenance includes 28 stackable sets of washers/dryers; Frigidaire washer Model FWT449GF, or equal, and Frigidaire dryer Model FSE/G748GF, or equal. Twenty-one Whirlpool washers Model LSR7233EQ, or equal and 15 Whirlpool dryers Model LER5636EQ, or equal, for the Dormitories. The contractor shall also provide all maintenance for 35 washers and 41 dryers which are Government-owned; eleven washers/dryers are Roper brand, 24 washers are Whirlpool and 30 dryers are Whirlpool. This acquisition is 100% set aside for certified HUBZone firms.
