The Export-Import Bank of the US intends to award a sole source order to Kennedy-Wilson Properties, LTD under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for rental space for the Export Import Bank Houston Texas Southwest Regional Office. The renewal lease is for an office space at 1880 South Diary Ashford II, Suite 585, Houston, Texas. Rental Space is 2,364 square feet. This is a continuation of the current lease and will run for one year beginning October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. Proposals to move the regional office to another location will not be considered. This acquisition is under SIC Code 7389. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This is a sole source requirement and if no affirmative written responses are received that a comparable source is available, a sole source contract will be negotiated. Responses must be received, in writing, within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication of this notice.
