The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following: construct military police station of rigid frame, metal building design with finished administrative office interior. Components include drywall, suspended ceilings, carpeting, complete electrical and HVAC installations. Site work includes asphalt parking and utilities connections. A statutory cost limitation of $500,000 applies to all work associated with this project and includes any and all administrative Government costs relating to the contract. This project is solicited on an unrestricted basis under SIC 1542. Small business size standard for this SIC is $27.5 M. All interested parties are reminded of the requirement for CCR registration.
