Dastis, Contract Specialist, (732) 323-7339 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a non-competitive basis with Harlan Corporation, Kansas City, KS for 2 Tow Tractors P/N HTWT120DDWTN, in support of the Egyptian Air Force E-2C Program. The Government intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), and FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. The Government does not own any specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. Firms that can recognize and provide the required items are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be considered by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals must be received within fifteen days. Responses should reference N68335-00-R-0468. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
