Box 1592, York, PA 17405-1592, for the procurement of: up to (16) 200 Ton HFC-236fa Air Conditioning Plant Conversion Kits; three (3) 250 Ton HFC-236fa Air Conditioning Plant Conversion Kits; Auxiliary Components; Replenishment Installation and Checkout Spares; Installation and Checkout Spares; Administrative Data; up to (95) eight hour mandays of Engineering Services and Support, Provisioning Technical Documentation, and Provisioned Item Order. This procurement also contains options for up to an additional (16) 200 Ton HFC-236fa Air Conditioning Plant Conversion Kits; (16) 250 Ton HFC-236fa Air Conditioning Plant Conversion Kits; Auxiliary Components; Replenishment Installation and Checkout Spares; Installation and Checkout Spares; Administrative Data; up to (180) eight hour mandays of Engineering Services and Support. This procurement is being directed sole source to York, because York originally manufactured the centrifugal compressor CFC-114 Air Conditioning Plants that are being converted by these conversion kits. Once the conversion kits are installed within the A/C plant, they must meet or exceed all existing shipboard A/C plant performance requirements. York is the sole designer of the 200 and 250 Ton air conditioning plants and owner of the unlimited rights in technical data for the compressor components of the centrifugal air conditioning plants.
