The Facilities Maintenance Division of the Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires Research Support to develop Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Management tools and related technologies for navigation and hydraulic structures, facilities and associated components. Examples of the work included, but are not limited to, development and modification of condition evaluation and assessment procedures for Civil Works Infrastructure, development of maintenance and repair alternative guidelines and optimization models, development of internet-based database for Civil Works Infrastructure related data, development of automated maintenance and repair management systems modules, development of O&M budget prioritization tools, and training and system implementation. Services to be provided will be accomplished by up to a maximum $1,000,000.00 under an Indefinite Delivery Contract with a maximum per firm-fixed price task order of $200,000.00. Task orders may be issued during a period of one year with the same terms and conditions as the basic Indefinite Delivery Contract. The contract will include two options for additional twelve (12) month periods in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original contract. Multiple awards may be made under this solicitation. This request for services is 100% set-aside for Small Business.
