The two (2) options consist of developing a Proof-of-Concept System using hardware implemented version and developing a Prototype System that combines elements of adaptive imaging. It is the intent of the government to award this contract on a sole source basis to Technical Research Institute. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 8731 and 500 employees, respectively.
