Dept of Commerce (DOC) International Trade Administration (ITA) has a requirement for a contractor to provide services to research and write a water sector strategy and export market plan. This plan is critical to achieving global sustainable development while supporting greater U. S. economic growth, jobs, and exports. This project will update the existing Water and Wastewater Treatment Export market Plan. The study is to provide timely information on the international water and wastewater sector of the environmental technologies market. The plan will serve as a guide and principal information source to U. S. firms seeking to enter the market and /or increase their market share. Research shall focus on all known resources, such as industry reports, business publication, environmental trade reports, and DOC market reports. In addition, the contractor is expected to conduct interviews and identify resources of information not readily available through the U. S. Government.
