The Field Support Command (FSC) has a requirement for a continuing effort by Stanley Associates, Inc;(Prime Contractor) for the development, testing and maintenance of the Army War Reserve Deployment Systems (AWRDS) and the Automated Battlebook System (ABS). This requirement includes software development, maintenance and system operation support of the AWRDS & ABS Master Database; Centralized Management of the Basic Issue Items (BII) Table; training and technical assistance to APS storage sites on AWRDS at the Government's direction, hardware acquisition in support of the Army Pre-positioned Stock (APS) mission. As the APS program has matured, new requirements have been directed by Department of the Army (DA), and the FSC anticipates additional requirements as part of the establishment of the OSC/FSC to manage APS equipment.
