will provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, and
incidentals necessary to accomplish maintenance and repairs to
Materials Handling Equipment and construction equipment. Work will be
accomplished at the following five locations: Defense National
Stockpile Center Clearfield, UT Depot at Freeport Station, Building
D-5, Clearfield, UT 84016-1292; Defense National Stockpile Center Baton
Rouge, LA Depot, 2695 N. Sherwood Forest Drive, Baton Rouge, LA
70814-5397; Defense National Stockpile Center Hammond, IN, 3200
Sheffield Ave, Hammond, IN 46327-1003; Defense National Stockpile
Center New Haven, IN, 15411 Dawkins Road, New Haven, IN 46774-9644;
Defense National Stockpile Center Scotia, NY, Route 5/Amsterdam Road,
Building 12, Scotia, NY 12302-7463; Voorheesville, NY Storage Site,
Route 201, Guiderland Center, NY 12085. Equipment types covered under
this agreement includes forklifts, wheeled tractors, compressors,
warehouse sweepers, wheeled loaders, mowers, and related attachments
and components, of standard commercial design and construction. The
contractor will review the inventory prior to bidding and provide
written certification of his/her ability to service and repair the
various types of equipment identified in this agreement consistent with
the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications, and current
related state and federal statutes and codes. Services may be provided
at the work site or equipment may be transported to the contractor's
service facility. When work is performed on government property, the
contractor will be required to remove and properly dispose of trash,
debris and waste generated. The contractor will be required obtain,
maintain, and provide upon request, related federal and/or state waste
handling/management licenses, prior to award, and at any point during
the period of the contract. When work is performed at the contractor's
facility, all costs and liabilities for transportation shall be the
contractor's responsibility. The Defense NationalStockpile Center plans
to award an indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed price service contract for
one year with four option years to one Contractor for each location.
