DeSchepper, Contract Specialist, 410-278-5425 The U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Millimeter Wave Branch, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award on a sole-source basis with Annapolis Micro Systems, Inc., Annapolis, MD 21401 for the purchase of a high speed data acquisition system to be built for a design modification to a radar fuze. The Army Research Laboratory has found no other source. It is determined that Annapolis Micro Systems is the only vendor producing off-the-shelf hardware and control software of meeting the requirements and being compatible with the existing equipment for the modification of the new fuze design. In addition, the hardware produced by the company is programmed with development tools currently in use in the branch.
