The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia intends to acquire all labor, supervision, management, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to operate, maintain, repair and make alterations the Electrical and Water Utility Production Plant & Distribution Systems, Airfield Lighting, Equipment & Systems, Miscellaneous Equipment items & Systems and provide Engineering Support Services at the U.S. Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This is a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract for a base period of one year with options to extend, total duration not to exceed sixty (60) months.
