AFCEA Chapter is sponsoring an electronic commerce conference and
exposition that will address the technology needs of the Scott AFB
community. The conference committee is currently accepting presentation
abstracts and exhibit space sponsorships from the government and
corporate communities. -- -- -- -- -- WHO WILL ATTEND: The conference
will be held in conjunction with an AFCEA luncheon which usually
attracts over 200 IT personnel. The event will be promoted throughout
the base and the surrounding tenant organizations including The 375th
Airlift Wing (Hosting organization at Scott AFB including providing
support for all other tenant organizations), The Air Force
Communications Agency (Maintains communication and information
systems), US Transportation Command, Air Mobility Command, Air Weather
Service, The Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO) (based out
of the Pentagon and maintains the countries defense and
counterproliferation objectives), and the Office of Technical
