PICATINNY'S NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY TO LEASE The Army is seeking a prospective developer/lessee to participate in the development of available real property assets at Picatinny Arsenal located in Rockaway Township, New Jersey. Picatinny Arsenal wants to consider the enhanced use of its real property assets through leasing arrangements that are compatible with and in support of its mission and customers. The Arsenal is considering leasing buildings 353 (22,780 gross square feet), 1530 (10,550 gross square feet), 3050 (31,458 gross square feet), and 3305 (12,000 gross square feet) for commercial use as laboratories, educational/training, light manufacturing, and administrative facilities. The Army will select a developer for this project through a competitive leasing process.
