All services will be performed at the Medical Building #270 located at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county). General Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning routines to ensure cleanliness in accordance with industry standards equivalent to hospital grade cleaning standards. Solicitation will provide requirements in detail. Period of performance is 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001 with 2 Option Years, if exercised. Magnitude of this project, base period plus option years is $25,000 to $100,000. Award shall be based on best value to the Government, past performance, price, and relevant experience considered.
