Phase II qualified proposers will be evaluated on: (A) Past Performance (Same as Phase I unless conditions change), (B) Small Business Subcontracting Effort, (C) Technical Qualifications (Same as Phase I unless conditions change), (D) Management Approach (Same as Phase I unless conditions change), (E) Technical Solution. The project is for the design and construction of a physical training facility totaling 16,975 SM at the Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, including integrated site development and incidental related work to provide a complete and useable facility. This facility includes indoor tracks, an aerobics area, a free weights area, other fitness and conditioning spaces, and support spaces including administration.
