Install new electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.Construct new reinforced concrete foundation system, new steel column and beam frame with metal studs and brick veneer walls and steel joists with metal deck. There will be six (6) Options that consists of but not limited to: Construction of new addition to the building; Installation of sprinkler and alarm systems for basement weight rooms; Installation of sprinkler system and alarm system for Bowling Alley; Installation of HVAC systems; Removal and replacement of Gymnasium flooring system; Removal and replacement of existing folding bleachers; and, Removal of contractor identified lead-based paint.
