The 10th Air Base Wing, Operational Contracting Office (LGCB), USAF Academy CO., 80840-1243 is issuing this synopsis to request hardware and software maintenance/service support for the Air Force Academy_s Automated Notification System. The system is manufactured by Dialogic Communications Corporation (DCC), and consists of three 4-port Dialogic Talkerboards (hardware), Communicator Software version 5.3.30, 12 Port Phone Access software, and software for a 40-scenario capacity. Solicitation number F05611-01-Q-6049, (Attach 1), is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on a basic maintenance period and 2 option periods. This solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the attached solicitation and are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-19. A Statement of Work is also attached (Attach 2). The Standard Industrial Code is 7379, $18M. All interested parties may provide a quote with documentation to support the ability to provide required maintenance in accordance with the Statement of Work.
