R -- STATE CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM FOCUS GROUP STUDY SOL RFP-21-00-HHS-OS POC Point of Contact: Cheryl Howe, Contract Specialist, 202-690-5552 The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) seeks qualified offerors to assist the Department in conducting a focus group study of: 1) families of children enrolled in the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP); 2) families of children who are eligible but not enrolled in the program; and 3) families of children who have disenrolled from the program. The goal of this study is to address a series of policy questions related to the factors that influence enrollment in SCHIP and the impact of SCHIP on low- income children, as well as the factors that affect insurance coverage for low income children. This procurement is a full and open competition. The period of performance will be approximately 10 months. A fixed price type contract is anticipated. The date of issue for this RFP will be approximately 15 days after the CBD publishing date. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance date of the RFP. It is anticipated that the solicitation document will be availableon the ASPE website at www.aspe.hhs.gov/funding and on the DHHS website at www.os.dhhs.gov/progorg/oam/contrct within 5 business days of issuance of the paper copies.
