Unless otherwise specified, all Contractor deliveries are "FAS" carrier Seattle/Tacoma, Washington Commercial Zones. For purposes of this Invitation for Bids (IFB), the contractor's place of performance must be within a ten (10) mile radius of the U.S. Despatch Agency office in Seattle, Washington.
