The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a firm fixed price delivery order under NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-98-G-0085 for the procurement of Drag Tee Kits, Rework and Tooling for the F-14 aircraft. This effort will also require the delivery of technical data associated with the Drag Tee Kits, Rework and Tooling. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this delivery order on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Field Support Services, Incorporated, P.O. Box 1693, M/S 1654, Baltimore, MD 21203-1693.
