66 -- LINEAR ACCELERATOR SYSTEM SOL NCI-RFQ-000167-NV DUE 082800 POC Debbie Moore, Purchasing Agent and Todd Cole, Contracting Officer 301-402-4509 RFQ-NCI-90098-NV for a "Linear Accelerator System," which was issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation in the Commerce Business Daily (CBDNet) on July 14, 2000 and subsequently amended on July 28, 2000; August 4, 2000; and August 9, 2000 is again amended in order to make drawings available and to correct a typographical error in the evaluation criteria. As-built drawings have been available at the vendor visits conducted and are available upon request. Also, per request from vendors attending the site visits, drawings of the cold water supply are available. All requests shall be made to Deborah Moore at (301)-402-4509. This amendment also revises Evaluation Criteria 1), which was originally stated as: "1) Demonstrated evidence that the technical quotation meets or exceeds the minimum technical requirements specified for the Basic Requirement and for the Optional System in the solicitation." Per this amendment, Evaluation Criteria 1) should now read as follows: "1) Demonstrated evidence that the technical quotation meets or exceeds the technical requirements specified for the Minimum Requirements and for all Options stated in the solicitation." Quotations and all related materials shall be received in the contracting office by 3:00 PM EDT (local Washington, D.C. time) on August 28, 2000. All submitted quotations shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment.
