The shelf stack should be fixed and designed for bulk; the shelf stack, product, and condensing chambers shall be stainless steel; utility requirements shall be 480V/3phase/60 Hz with a water cooling supply of 8 GPM at start up and 5 GPM average consumption; and each shelf shall be able to be programmed for temperature and run times.
