This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-19 and DAC 91-13. This requirement is restricted. The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to negotiating a sole source contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute for the following items: 0001 -- Continuous support for the following Government owned software. Maintenance includes software upgrades/updates, unlimited technical support. Maintenance for ARCIMS with deployment licenses. UNIX platform. 2 servers with 12 CPUs, 1 server with 4 CPUs and 1 server with 1 CPU; Qty 1 EA. Item 0002 -- Developer support group priority support for ARCIMS developers. Provides direct access during business hours for up to three (3) authorized contacts for up to 30 incidents per year; Qty 1 Lot. The FSC Code is 7030. SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 5045 and 500 respectively. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration database to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards.
