The Federal Highway Administration plans to negotiate a Purchase Order with National Academy of Sciences/Transportation Research Board (TRB) to support the 8th Low Volume Roads Conference. The conference will examine a range of issues related to low-volume roads, including administration, planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance. Because the 8th Low Volume Roads Conference is being conducted and organized by TRB, they are the only known source available to provide support for their conference.
