The USDA, ARS, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Computer Packages, Inc., 414 Hungerford Drive, Rockville, Maryland 20850, to perform docketing and tracking of annuities and nominal workings associated with patents filed in countries outside of the United States to ensure timely payment according to country-by-country patent regulations and reporting thereof for a period of five (5) years. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The anticipated release date is August 30, 2000.
