The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Northrop Grumman for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) E-2T program related to new procurement aircraft. This includes effort for Taiwan Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Services; Training; Program Support and Nonrecurring Engineering specific to new production aircraft configuration. Specific tasks include development and / or modification of support equipment, systems and facilities engineering support, avionics support publications, Master Support Equipment Requirements List (MSRL), Facilities Planning/Implementation required for the TAF Hawkeye 2000 aircraft program. In addition the Contractor will provide: supply support by developing and maintaining an initial spares list and follow-on Gross Requirements List (GRL); Training Support by developing training plans and course outlines to be used by the Taiwan Air Force; Program management support for planning, monitoring, control and coordination of the overall program. Northrop Grumman has thirty years experience on the E-2T program and has provided the logistics support and specific software development for the aircraft and aircraft modifications.
