R -- - INTENT TO NEGOTIATE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH JMA ADVERTISING. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with JMA Advertising for the Monterey Bay national Marine Sanctuary (MBNMS). Purpose of proposed contract is to produce a bilingual radio campaign that discourages pollution of the Monterey Bay. Also includes airtime on six local radio stations for one month. JMA has already produced a radio spot for the MBNMS discouraging pollution in the Monterey Bay. Work under proposed contract expands on original work.
