Department of the Interior, Fish & Wildlife Services (FWS), Treasure Lake Civilian Conservation Center, Rte 1, Box 30, Indiahoma, OK 73552 intends to negotiate a sole source requirement with Remediation and Training Institute, 604 Wolfe Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 for a self-paced, individualized multimedia program which addresses a wide variety of learning styles. The FWS requires the Remediation and Training Institute (RTI) to install all extra learning Education Program equipment as follows: Thirteen (13) four drawer file cabinets; Five (5) Rectangular tables; Five (5) Round tables; Fifteen (15) chairs with rollers; Fifteen (15) Gateway computers; One (1) Hub; One (1) Printer; Three (3) Print cartridges (extra); One (1) Binder; binders and covers; Wiring (one time only); CD ROM Library (one time only); Incidental supplies. RTI is to install all program equipment as required for complete system function on a turn key basis, also to train all center academic staff for one week on-site on the use, monitoring and maintenance of the program system, and to provide quarterly technical assistance to the center during the first year of the contract to ensure the continual operation and evaluation of program effectiveness.
