The United States Customs Service is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis from qualified vendors to award a lease contract for an aircraft hangar and office/maintenance support space in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The offer must meet or be capable of meeting the following criteria: provide a leased facility approximately 37,000 square feet of rentable space consisting of 12,000 square feet of aircraft hangar, 4,800 square feet of office/maintenance and other support space, 20,000 square feet of aircraft ramp space with possible expansion, and parking for 40 vehicles. The building offered for lease must be of permanent construction. Leased premises must be located on an airport within a 15 mile radius from 5020 South Meridian Av., Oklahoma City, OK, meeting the following requirements: shall include access to a minimum 7,000 foot long, hard-surfaced/lighted runway with instrument approach. Available services must include 24 hour emergency fire and crash response, air traffic control fortakeoffs and landings, 24 hour security, and limited/controlled access to the leased premises, including the aircraft ramp area. The prospective lease sought will be for a five (5) year lease, with a three (3) year firm term. The offer should be for a fully serviced lease, and include all utility, custodial and services in the rental price.
