Y -- ROOF & FLOOR DRAIN RENOVATIONS TO BUILDING 2763 DUE 090700 POC Ms. Roseanna Pierce, 518-561-0232, ext 14 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for the Roof and Floor Drain Renovations to Building 2763 will be received by the Plattsburgh Airbase Redevelopment Corporation (PARC), 426 US Oval, Suite 1000, Plattsburgh, New York 12903, until 2:00 p.m. on September 7, 2000 and then publicly opened and read aloud. This is a re-bid of the original project. THIS IS NOT A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT (PLA) PROJECT AS IT WAS IN THE ORIGINAL BID. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and personnel to accomplish Roof and Floor Drain Renovations -- Hangar Building 2763 in accordance with the drawings and specifications. These modifications shall consist of but are not limited to excavation, excavation support, dewatering, restoration of growth and paving, installation of pipe and concrete structures, saw cutting of existing concrete, installation of oil water separators, demolition and removal of existing drainage systems, duplex pumping systems, roof drainage piping, hangars and supports, miscellaneous electrical systems as shown or referred to on all drawings and all other work as shown on the drawings and listed in the specifications. Performance period shall be within 160 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed. Construction documents are available to all bidders and may be reviewed at Building 426, at the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Contractors may obtain copies of these documents by contacting Ms. Roseanna Pierce, 518-561-0232, ext. 14. A site visit will be held on August 31, 2000 begining at 11:00 a.m., starting at the PARC offices. If the bids are mailed, the envelope must state "Roof and Floor Drain Renovations -- Building 2763" on it.
