Under this modification, 22 TAV-8B modification kits, and 34 Day Attack AV-8B modification kits will be procured. This action will be negotiated on a sole source basis with MDC, the only source with the pre-requisite knowledge and experience in the design and development of the AV-8B Aircraft.
