This is a combine synopsis and solicitation for one (1) each Walk-In Refrigerator/Freezer, 30'x 8'high, Cospolick, pricing for Walk-In includes Refrigeration hardware, Semi-Hermatic condensing units, evaporator coils, expansion valves, thermostat and solenoid valve, and defrost timer. It should be factory pre-assemble, remote condensing units, with pre-chargedline sets. Feature for this unit includes the following: 4' polyurethane, foamed in place wall panels, interior mounted LED type thermometer for each compartment, stainless steel interior and exterior, heavy duty Cospolich Walk-In stainless steel insulated door, with K-55 latch and three (3) 12' strap hinges, with inside safety release, in each compartment, 1' deep 16 gauge stainless steel covered bottom pan to contain spillage, 2500 pounds per square foot floor loading capacity, installations should be included with the labor rate per hour. A separate written solicitation will be issued upon request. A solicitation number N00244-00-T-1289 applies. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The standard industrial code is 3585 and the business size standard is $5.0 millions. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offer-commercial Items applies.
