These items were offered to the National Weather Service (NWS) by Northrop Grumman at a price below cost or equal to the cost the NWS had procured the items in the early to mid 90's. Northrop Grumman provided the NWS with a list of inventory which they selected items to purchase. These items will be put into stock at the National Logistics Support Center in Kansas City, Missouri. There will be no solicitation issued for this procurement. Award will be made to Northrop Grumman Canada approximately 20 days after the date of this announcement.
