McDaniel, Contracting Officer, (505) 846-8799 This requirement is for 2 each 6-Channel, 24-bit High Resolution Digitizer Recorders, with internal GPS clock, 4GB internal disk and 2MB static RAM, Refraction Technology Model 72A/07/G/6/4000. FOB Destination to Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5669 within 60 days of award. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Refraction Technology is the only source that is 100% compatible with existing Government-owned recorders. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Interested firms have 15 days from the publication of this synopsis to identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent IS NOT a request for quotes. However, all quotes received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after the 15 days or without the required information will be considered nonresponsive to the synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
