This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 66 Series TV Camera Item 1. Quanitity, 6 Each. Dage-MTI, Inc. p/n LSC-66S or equal. Features: Rugged Optical Assembly, EIA RS-330 Sync Standard, Complete Automatic Operation, High Resolution Up to 1100 TV lines, Remote Sweep Reversal, Circular Blanking & Window Gates, Optional Sync/Drive Lock, Multiple Scan Rates EIA RS-343, Dual Video Outputs, Less than .5% Geometric Distortion, and Skew Correction. Specs: Input Voltage 120 VAC Item 2. Quantity, 6 Each. Dage-MTI, Inc. p/n 714107-40 or equal. Infrared Leddicons Tube XQ1610 series are 1" diameter with a photoconductive layer sensitive from the visible into the 1-2 micrometer infrared band and beyond. Tubes have triode guns with separate mesh construction and magnetic focusing and deflection; they are front loading in vidicon type cameras fitted with standard lenses. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 3663 and 750 employees, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to MSFC is required within 30 days ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Quotations for the items(s) described above are due September 4, 2000 by 4:30 p.m. CDT, and may bemailed or faxed to Kimberly R. Day and include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative.
